“All Roads Lead to Rome!” Welcome to Little Apple Academy Children’s Center, where all children excel. With our multiple-pathway oriented programs and activities, all children have the opportunity to explore, discover, and nurture their various interests and unique talents/intelligences, be it in Verbal/Linguistic, Logical/Mathematical, Visual/Spatial, Bodily/Kinesthetic, Musical/Rhythmic, Interpersonal/Social, Intrapersonal/Introspective, or Naturalist (For more information on Harvard Professor Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences, go to Multiple Intelligences.)

 

It is our conviction that all children can find and select from our various programs and activities (music, dance, theatrics, martial arts, etc.) that can capture their interests and and nurture their unique talents.

 

For example, our daily schedules/activity menus all begin with a small group Communal Time routine, where children think about, select a particular activity, and then share and support their choices. This routine encourages careful and deliberate thinking and planning, increases buy-in, ensures learning engagement, and develops communication skills over time.
